“I have been doing yoga with Rashmi since March. Before that I was doing yoga but only couple of days a week. When I started to do practice everyday with Rashmi my whole body structure, my flexibility, my own mindset changed in a way that I have not experienced before. I didn’t realise that age is only a number until now. I didn’t feel this flexible even when I was 21. It sounds as if I’m exaggerating but it’s true. I have not felt this fit and flexible for a long time and I believe it is to do with doing yoga EVERY DAY. Regularity is the key. I so look forward to the session everyday and get so much out of it. It’s not just the exercise it’s much more than that. He has a very soft gentle energy and that is a blessing in itself to be around  and secondly the short meditation that follows is the cream on the cake. He is precise with his  instructions and doesn’t just instruct he walks us through the postures by showing us.

Also he is very approachable. Whenever I have asked him anything he is more than willing to help. Although I have never personally met him but his goodness comes through his yoga and his sharing.

For me, I want to be doing this and feeling this aliveness until the end of my journey. I’m so grateful that my sister connected me with Rashmi. He really is an asset to the community in my opinion 💛

“I was introduced to Rashmi’s yoga sessions on line during the first lockdown. Rashmi has very a very simple and easy way to practice yoga, and he uses his own yoga techniques to help everyone who engages in his sessions. Just like to say …

I have had the pleasure to do yoga classes since the first lockdown. It has been an enormous help in my physical body and my mental health.

I have become more flexible with more energy and great help in calming the mind. (I am also a science teacher helping students to get the top universities). Hence mental attitude is very important to me.

He has a calming voice and instructions for yoga asanas are excellent. His gentle approach to yoga has helped me to build confidence over the time. I am now hooked on his classes. The day is not the same without Rashmibhai’s yoga.

The meditation part puts me into very calming positive state. Which I cannot thank him enough.

He shares a lot of  his infinite knowledge after the classes which has been invaluable plus offering the constitution. A very kind and gifted soul.
